Activating Paylib Services:
To access Paylib features, users must first download the CMSO Paiements Mobile app and register their smartphone as a trusted device. This allows them to utilize these secure and innovative payment methods.

How Paylib Works:
• Sending money to a contact is uncomplicated: just the mobile phone number is needed—no IBAN required. To receive money, the recipient must hold a bank account in France; funds are credited directly to that account.
• The service offers optimal security measures.
• There are no fees associated with its use.

Using Paylib Between Friends:
1. Open the CMSO Paiements Mobile app.
2. Click on “Send Money.”
3. Enter the mobile number of the recipient. If they are already registered with Paylib, they will receive an SMS confirming the credit to their bank account without needing to do anything. If they are not registered, they will receive an SMS inviting them to visit https://www.entreamis.paylib.fr to provide their IBAN and facilitate the credit process.
